Working with professional electric and mechanical engineers, The Beacon Projects Group will survey and analyze mechanical and & electrical systems and related factors, such as:

• Heating ventilating and air conditioning equipment 
• Pumps, fans and exhaust systems
• Auxiliary equipment and support systems
• Energy bills to determine usage patterns and potential areas for savings 
• Existing control strategies and equipment
• Identification of modifications that can improve efficiency and reduce operating costs, while maintaining operating conditions
• Existing conservation measures
• Field tests of power supply and related environmental conditions
