Construction Management in CT and NY- for Residential and Commercial

As construction manager, The Beacon Projects Group will act as the agent for an owner or developer throughout the design and construction phases of a building project and will:

  • Provide feasibility studies and budget estimates
  • Prepare site selection analysis and coordinate environmental studies
  • Develop a cost estimate model and schedule with project target dates
  • Help establish project priorities
  • Create initial construction schedule
  • Offer constructibility review services to analyze construction documents, thus reducing field coordination errors
  • Solicit bids from, and recommend, subcontractors
  • Act as a buffer between subcontractors and an owner
  • Work with local, state and federal regulatory agencies to expedite paperwork and compliance issues
  • Manage skilled and unskilled workers in all facets of any type of construction project
  • Oversee and manage the entire construction process
  • Constantly monitor work in progress
  • Perform due diligence inspections on a regular basis
