The Beacon Projects Group Is an outsource company - a unique resource - that provides construction services for commercial, industrial, residential, municipal, institutional and religious properties, These services include:

Owner’s Representation - provides oversight of project implementation by lending expertise and support throughout the planning, bidding, construction, move-in and close out phases and includes project monitoring and due diligence inspections.

Project Management - takes owner’s representation a step further by being an on-site presence for the owner and general contractor by supervising all aspects of a construction project.

Construction Management - the ultimate managerial role in that responsibility goes beyond that of a project manager to include solicitation of bids from, and the hiring of, subcontractors on behalf of the owner.

Expert Witness - work involves anything and everything needed to support a contested situation up to and in-cluding court testimony.

Feasibility Studies - performed either to establish a reliable budget prior to the bidding process and commit-ment to a contractor or in regard to site selection,

Value Engineering - the systematic exploration and related analysis of alternatives to stay on budget or, where indicated, reduce costs.

Scheduling - a detailed plan, with tasks, that starts with the design phase and continues tracking progress throughout the life of a building project and includes projected costs so that a budget can be established to pro-vide an owner with a plan for monthly expenditures.

Cost Consulting - services are available to develop probable cost estimates for owners and architects, to review project costs after construction has started and to continue the review process throughout the project’s life.

Constructability Review - conducted as a third-party involvement of potential coordination issues prior to con-tractor bidding and is intended to eliminate problems before construction gets underway.

Energy Audits - an engineering service that evaluates mechanical and electrical energy use and recommends strategies for reducing costs.
