Owner's Representative in CT and NY - Residential and Commercial Owner's Representative
Acting as an owner's representative, The Beacon Projects Group will:
- Represent the interests of, and be highly responsive to, an owner's needs
- Assist in selection of design professionals and fee negotiation
- Supply the planning, management, technical expertise and support to ensure successful completion of a project
- Interface with the architect, general contractor and subcontractors
- Hold pre-job conference with principals, including builder, to ease the owner's burden and to settle misunderstandings before construction starts
- Help focus on priorities and goals for successful completion of a project
- Contribute to streamlining of planning, construction and move-in processes to meet targeted completion dates
- Make recommendations in regard to specific issues and/or problems such as field conditions, site logistics and phasing of the work
- Ensure smooth collaboration and communication/reporting among all parties
- Eliminate mistakes and 'start over’s,' thus keeping project on budget
- Provide quality control, scheduling, cost reduction and value engineering
- Deal knowledgeably with local, state and federal regulatory agencies
- Monitor work in progress on constant basis
- Perform regular due diligence inspection
