Management
As construction manager, The Beacon Projects Group will act as
the agent for an owner or developer throughout the design and construction
phases of a building project and will:
- Provide feasibility studies and budget estimates
- Prepare site selection analysis and coordinate environmental
studies
- Develop a cost estimate model and schedule with project target
dates
- Help establish project priorities
- Create initial construction schedule
- Offer constructability review services to analyze construction
documents, thus reducing field coordination errors
- Solicit bids from, and recommend, subcontractors
- Act as a buffer between subcontractors and an owner
- Work with local, state and federal regulatory agencies to expedite
paperwork and compliance issues
- Manage skilled and unskilled workers in all facets of any type
of construction project
- Oversee and manage the entire construction process
- Constantly monitor work in progress
- Perform due diligence inspections on a regular basis
