Project Summaries: Renovated existing 106,000 square foot steel and concrete building in New Haven, Connecticut that included 48 luxury apartments, two restaurants, a five-screen, first-run art cinema and restored original building facade and clock tower.Also directed completion of 33-unit residential condominiums, a 126,000 square foot project, in Greenwich, Connecticut.
